Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Excel & Tally Trainer who can train students in practical accounting, Tally, GST, and Microsoft Excel concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom training sessions for MS Excel and Tally/Tally Prime.
- Teach Excel from basic to advanced levels, including formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Train students on Tally Prime, accounting concepts, GST, invoicing, and financial transactions.
- Create practical exercises, assignments, and workshop activities.
- Explicit students’ doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.




- Help students prepare for interviews and workplace applications.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of Accounting and GST.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Comfortable training students from beginner to advanced levels.

Eligibility

- Graduate or relevant qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant training/teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
