Crystal Furnitech is looking for an IT Support Executive to handle daily IT support at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computers, laptops, printers, network devices, CCTV cameras, biometric machines, and other IT equipment. The role will help ensure smooth IT operations and uninterrupted support for office and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices for new employees.
- Install Windows, drivers, and required software.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and email issues.
- Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network-related problems.
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras.
- Perform system updates, antivirus updates, and data backups.
- Maintain IT assets and coordinate with vendors for IT-related services.




- Support employees during software installation and system upgrades.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with desktop hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting.
- Solid Experience with CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
