About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in starting or scaling their travel businesses.

This is a consultative business development role focused on understanding customer requirements, identifying serious prospects, and guiding them toward the right business opportunities through meaningful conversations.

This is not a telecalling or aggressive sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customers' backgrounds, business interests, and goals.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Clearly explain our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) and business model.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with the Senior Business Consulting team.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with high-value clients.
