Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven professional to join our team. The candidate will support advisory assignments for government ministries, development agencies, and utilities in areas such as energy efficiency, climate policy, decarbonization strategies, and sustainable infrastructure. The role offers exposure to policy advisory, program implementation support, and consulting engagements with national and state government institutions. This is a dynamic role that requires policy analysis, stakeholder coordination, and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct policy research, regulatory reviews, and strategic analysis on energy, climate, and sustainability topics.
- Support consulting assignments with government ministries, utilities, and international development organizations.
- Support preparation of technical reports, policy frameworks, implementation strategies, feasibility studies, and strategic roadmaps.
- Prepare policy briefs, white papers, and presentations for clients, including government and multilateral institutions.
- Review and analyse government policies, regulations, technical standards, reports, and sectoral publications to support consulting assignments.
- Track policy developments at national and sub-national levels in climate, energy, and environmental governance.
- Collect, organize, validate,



and analyse qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis and benchmarking for policy and program design.
- Contribute to proposal development and bid submissions for consulting assignments.
- Organize workshops, roundtables, and capacity-building activities.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Policy, Energy, Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, Economics, Planning, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm, think tank, government advisory, or similar setup. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to policy or programmatic work on climate change, energy transition, or development issues.
- Familiarity with Indian energy sector institutions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Data analysis and visualization using Excel, Python, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
- Policy evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with Indian energy sector institutions
