**JOB DESCRIPTION- EDUCATION COUNSELOR*
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and support them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sales and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
>Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
>Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
>Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
>Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
*Required Skills:*
Basic knowledge of sales and counselling
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and convert leads
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
