Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Go for backend services and modern frontend technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Go, ensuring high performance and reliability for our Vision AI platform.
- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript that enable customers to easily configure and monitor their AI systems.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries using MongoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for real-time video processing workloads.
- Apply strong system design principles to create distributed architectures that can handle enterprise-scale video streams and ML inference.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate computer vision models into production systems with optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies for both backend and frontend components, ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions on architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices for full-stack development.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing engineering standards across the full stack.
- Stay current with modern web technologies, Go ecosystem advancements, and full-stack development best practices.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Go backend development.




- Expert-level proficiency in Go programming language with experience building scalable web services and APIs.
- Strong frontend development skills using modern technologies: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and responsive web design.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON handling, and web service integration patterns.
- Experience with modern development tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of web security principles, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the full technology stack.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with video processing, real-time systems, or AI/ML integration is a strong plus.
