Marketing & Business Development Executive — Mangalam Ceramics

Mangalam Ceramics is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to generate business for our Tiles, Sanitaryware and Bath Fittings showroom in Lucknow.

The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation and business development through contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, plumbers, construction sites and direct customers. Responsibilities include identifying new projects, visiting potential clients, promoting products, generating showroom visits, sharing catalogues and quotations, and following up with leads to convert them into sales.

The candidate should have good communication, networking and relationship-building skills, be comfortable with field work, and have a proactive sales-oriented approach. Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, construction materials, interiors,



real estate or building materials is preferred. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate recent leads and business opportunities

Develop contractor, builder, architect and designer networks

Visit construction sites and potential customers

Generate showroom visits and enquiries

Follow up on quotations and leads

Support WhatsApp and local marketing

Maintain daily activity and sales reports

Achieve sales targets

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 + performance incentives

Location: Sector-2A, Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
