A field officer manages in office operations, collects data, and acts as a direct link between an organization and its clients, project sites, or local communities.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Inspections: Visit locations, inspect delivery or work sites, and audit performance to ensure company standards are met.Data Collection: Gather on-ground information through surveys, interviews, and sample collection, then input findings into reporting software.Stakeholder Communication: Meet with clients, community leaders, or beneficiaries to solve issues and explain project goals.Team Supervision: Monitor on-field staff or security guards, manage attendance, and support training needs.Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly logs and progress reports for management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
