Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist

Full-time, in-house | Rohini Sector 17, New Delhi

THR3LETTER is a contemporary womenswear brand selling in India and internationally. We’re hiring someone to take ownership of our Meta Ads account in-house.

We need someone who can open an account, see where money is being wasted, understand which creatives are working, and make a clear decision about what to do next. This is a hands-on role, not a reporting role.

What you’ll do

* Plan, run and optimise Meta campaigns for India and international markets.

* Monitor spend, purchases, CAC, ROAS and creative performance regularly.

* Test new creatives and give our team clear direction on what to make next.

* Manage retargeting and scale campaigns that are working.

* Spot tracking, website or checkout issues that may be affecting sales.

What we’re looking for

* At least 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.

* Strong experience with fashion or D2C e-commerce brands.





* Experience running campaigns in international markets.

* Results you can talk through clearly: what the problem was, what you changed and what happened.

* Based in Delhi NCR and able to commute to our Rohini Sector 17 office every working day.
