Job Summary
We are looking for confident, well-groomed and customer-focused candidates for the position of Retail Sales Officer at retail showrooms. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information and supporting showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Explain jewellery products, features and offers to customers.
- Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Handle customer queries politely and effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / graduation
- Age Limit: 18–29 Years
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Good knowledge of formal dress sense.
- Candidates interested in retail sales and customer service are preferred.
