Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST_ Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives_Performance based appraisal

About the Role

We are looking for a Seasoned Sales professional with strong experience in the EdTech/Education Sector who can independently manage the complete sales cycle while also building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and students.

The ideal candidate should be Confident, commercially sharp, highly communicative, and street-smart, with the ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, close enrollments, and ensure a positive parent experience.

This is a Senior-level / Team-lead-level role for someone who can take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle Inbound and outbound sales and convert leads into enrollments.

* Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable programs/courses.

* Conduct effective Parent consultations and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term Parent Relationships.

* Handle parent queries, concerns, objections, and escalations professionally.

* Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

* Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead management systems.

* Identify opportunities for Upselling and Cross-selling relevant academic programs.

* Follow up consistently with prospective and existing parents to improve conversions and retention.





* Take ownership of sales targets and contribute towards overall revenue growth.

* At a senior/team-lead level, support the team with sales strategies, follow-up practices, and conversion improvement.

What We're Looking For

* 2–3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in EdTech/Education.

* Experience in inside sales, counselling, admissions, or education sales will be highly preferred.

* Strong experience in parent/customer relationship management**.

* Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.

* Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

* Proven ability to Close sales and achieve targets.

* Someone who is Street-smart, proactive, resourceful, and commercially aware.

* Ability to independently handle conversations with parents and make sound decisions.

* Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.

* Experience in a Senior executive, team lead, or similar position is preferred.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

The incentive structure will provide additional earning potential based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
