## About the Role
We are looking for a proactive **HR Executive** to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
## Key Responsibilities
**Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollout
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Conduct new employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain and update job postings across job portals and social media
**HR Operations & Administration**
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS/HRIS systems
- Process joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, experience letters)
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) as applicable
**Employee Engagement & Relations**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues as needed
- Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate feedback processes
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence across departments
**Training & Development**
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs
- Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, etc.) for management review
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
## Requirements
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [1–3] years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role
**Skills**
- Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
**Preferred**
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
