URGENT REQUIREMENT | LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

Position: Learning & Development Team Lead
Employment: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Location: Kinfra Technopark, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Learning & Development function and drive the organisation’s L&D; strategy
- Identify organisational, functional and individual capability gaps and translate them into structured development plans
- Design and implement annual learning calendars aligned with business and people priorities
- Develop and drive leadership development, behavioural, functional and skilled capability-building programmes
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand talent development requirements and future capability needs
- Establish structured learning pathways, competency development initiatives and career development programmes
- Lead,



mentor and develop the L&D; team while ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and quality standards
- Monitor training effectiveness through measurable learning outcomes, feedback and performance impact
- Build a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and employee development
- Manage external trainers, consultants and learning partners wherever required
- Track L&D; budgets, timelines, participation and programme effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement in L&D; processes, systems and learning interventions
- Contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives, team building and long-term business growth
