JOB DESCRIPTION – HR MANAGER

Position: HR Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resource activities. The role will focus on recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, and maintaining effective employee relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation and HR records.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and employee databases accurately.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating salary inputs, attendance and deductions.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.




- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and basic statutory requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Basic knowledge of payroll and salary processing.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Employee handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant HR experience and an MBA in HR are preferred. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, professional and capable of handling multiple HR activities independently.
