Job Description – GM Sales (Cattle Feed)

Position: General Manager – Sales
Division: Cattle Feed
Location: Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Management & GM – Feed Unit

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the cattle feed business across Uttar Pradesh and North India.
- Build and manage a strong dealer, distributor and dairy-farmer network.
- Drive primary and secondary sales, market expansion and revenue growth.
- Develop current markets and strengthen relationships with key distributors and customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting and performance monitoring.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and management for smooth business operations.
- Develop strong relationships with dairy farmers, large dairy farms and institutional customers.
- Take ownership of sales targets, profitability and overall business development.





Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10+ years in Cattle Feed / Animal Feed / Dairy Feed Sales.
- Strong UP market network with established dealer/distributor relationships.
- Experience in leading a large sales team and managing a sizeable territory.
- Solid knowledge of cattle feed products, dairy market and animal nutrition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Candidates currently working at GM / Business Head / ZSM / Senior Sales Head level in the feed industry will be preferred.

Compensation

Fixed CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
Additional: Uncapped Volume Profit Share + Performance Bonus

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

- CATTLE FEED: 10 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
- CATTLE FEED SALES : 10 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
