Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Estimator / Estimation & Costing Executive who can prepare accurate estimates and quotations by studying architectural drawings, interior layouts, floor plans, BOQs, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, floor plans, elevations, and other project drawings.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, carpentry, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, painting, glass, aluminium, and other interior works.

- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.

- Calculate material quantities, labour costs, wastage, overheads, and other project-related costs.

- Prepare accurate project estimates and commercial quotations.

- Coordinate with the design, purchase, project, and execution teams to understand project requirements.

- Obtain and compare material/vendor rates and maintain updated costing data.

- Analyse drawings and identify changes, discrepancies, or missing information that may affect project costing.

- Prepare revised estimates and quotations based on design changes or client requirements.





- Ensure quotations are commercially accurate and submitted within timelines.

- Assist in preparing cost comparisons and negotiate/coordinate with vendors when required.

- Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project costing.

- Support the management/project team with cost-related information and estimation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.

- Relevant experience in interior estimation and costing.

- Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and market rates.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/costing formats.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to prepare professional BOQs and quotations independently.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 2–5 years in Interior Estimation / Costing / Quantity Take-Off / BOQ preparation.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
