Role Description The Data Entry Clerk is a full time, on-site role based at Hotel The Grand Regency in Rajkot. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining guest, reservation, and administrative data in hotel systems and spreadsheets. Daily tasks include verifying information from various sources, organizing records, preparing basic reports, and supporting front office and administrative teams with documentation. The Data Entry Clerk collaborates with colleagues to ensure timely data processing, responds to routine information requests, and follows established procedures to maintain data privacy and integrity. This position requires consistent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a hospitality environment.
