Position : Group Marketing Manager Qualification: MBA – Marketing preferred
Experience: 5+ years in overall marketing activities
Salary: 12 Lacs per annum
Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the group's business objectives.
• Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), and Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning, brand visibility, and overall brand communication across businesses.
• Develop annual and monthly marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate offline marketing activities including advertising, events, promotions,



exhibitions, activations, and outdoor campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, designers, media partners, and other external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports based on reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all group companies and marketing channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
