We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Machine & Utility Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for production machinery, assembly equipment, and plant utility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, with moulding machine maintenance experience preferred. The role involves ensuring high equipment availability, improving maintenance KPIs, supporting new equipment installations and commissioning,



and maintaining compliance with safety, quality, ISO, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance of moulding machines, assembly equipment, and plant utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain utilities such as DG sets, air compressors, chillers, HVAC, cooling water, and power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, heaters, and control systems.
- Support machine installation, relocation, commissioning, and qualification.
- Improve equipment uptime, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Control maintenance costs and maintain proper maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team.
