We’re Hiring | Store Manager – Sales & Operations

Sutra Men’s Studio is expanding with PARV, our premium menswear brand, and we’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Indore.

The person joining us will be responsible for managing the store, overseeing sales, managing the team, handling customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY ROLES

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store

• Oversee the sales function and ensure daily and monthly sales targets are achieved

• Monitor team sales performance and support the team in achieving targets

• Manage, guide and coordinate the store staff

• Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily work and performance

• Oversee customer handling and ensure a high-quality customer experience

• Step in personally for key or high-value customer interactions when required

• Monitor stock, inventory and stock movement

• Track sales, enquiries, conversions and overall store performance

• Identify operational or sales-related issues and take appropriate action

• Handle customer concerns and ensure they are resolved professionally

• Coordinate with tailoring, production and other internal teams whenever required

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on store performance and operations

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate in any stream

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, menswear, showroom or premium retail management will be preferred

• Experience in managing a retail team or store will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business reporting will be preferred

WE ARE LOOKING FOR





• Solid understanding of retail store management and sales processes

• Ability to manage and supervise a sales team effectively

• Good understanding of sales targets, conversion, customer enquiries and store performance

• Solid knowledge of premium and luxury fabrics and fabric houses such as Zegna, Loro Piana and similar international brands

• Good understanding of fabric quality, composition, feel and suitability for different types of menswear

• Ability to guide the team and customers on fabric and product-related queries

• Fluent spoken English is compulsory

• Professional, well-groomed and presentable personality

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good business sense and ability to analyse store performance

• Responsible, disciplined and capable of taking ownership of the store

• Must be based in Indore or willing to work on-site in Indore

SALARY

₹3 LPA+ depending on experience

In addition to the fixed salary, the role will include performance-based intrement, linked to store performance.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take responsibility for the overall functioning of a premium menswear store, manage its team and sales operations, work closely with management, and be part of building PARV from the beginning.
