Advisory Manager, Healthcare Consulting

We are seeking an Advisory Manager to join our Health Care Consulting Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in client service projects for Hospitals and Medical Centers, Physician Practices and Networks, Government Entities, and Accountable Care Organizations. You will also be responsible for supervising senior staff to execute client engagements and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the client engagement team through all phases of a project, including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Advise healthcare clients on end-to-end revenue cycle operations, covering patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, and collections.
- Assess and improve Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes to enhance reimbursement, reduce denials, and decrease days in Accounts Receivable (A/R). Lead RCM transformation projects such as workflow redesign, technology implementation, or vendor optimization.
- Provide excellent client service, identifying opportunities to offer additional services to both current and prospective clients. Support business development activities, including client relationship development, program-specific positioning, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations, consistent with established business development processes.
- Build and maintain a growth pipeline, gather referrals,



and maintain extensive knowledge of the firm’s service lines and offerings, as well as market conditions and penetration of services and solutions.
- Serve as a primary contact with the client, ensuring timely communication with client leadership and the firm’s leadership. Demonstrate solid involvement in client deliverables.
- Occasional work during extended hours or from different firm offices and/or client locations may be required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of related and progressive health care management consulting or health care financial and operations experience.
- 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Revenue Cycle Management experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
