In support of the FTM (Fleet Technical Manager), you will: Define engine Workscope for each Shop Visits (SV)



in line with CFM maintenance policy, customer contracts, and Customer Team (CT) requirements (including inspection levels, disassembly scope, testing, applicable Service Bulletins, and documentation) based on existing templates Ensure readiness for induction by validating the completeness of engine entry documentation. Contribute to basic technical analyses (engine performance, maintenance history, events) Participate in pre-induction meetings with internal stakeholders and MRO partners Support the technical coordination with MRO shops during maintenance execution Report any deviations impacting Workscope objectives, findings leading to Workscope escalation, and or SV schedule delay to FTM and CT. Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance, quality, and TAT Report issues or deviations to senior team members (FTM / Customer Team/ Manager) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including feedback on maintenance activities and cost awareness Participate to scraps' review at Hyderabad shop Contribute to the maintenance feedback. **But what else?
