We're hiring .NET Developer (SSIS / SSRS / SQL Development). It's a 100% Remote role.

About The Role

The .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data-driven applications and reporting solutions. This role demands a strong technical background in .NET technologies, SQL Server development, and ETL tools such as SSIS and SSRS. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Working within a remote environment, the developer must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. The role requires working during US PST hours to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with clients and team members across different time zones.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role,



candidates should possess a solid foundation in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API. Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers, is essential. Hands-on experience with SSIS for data integration and ETL processes, as well as SSRS for report creation and deployment, is required. Candidates should have a good understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, REST API integration, and version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps is also necessary. A strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and system integration best practices will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, services, and APIs to support business operations and reporting needs.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects to ensure data accuracy and performance.
- Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards based on detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain data integrity,



security, and compliance across all applications and databases while optimizing system performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to uphold quality standards and facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
- Work closely with QA, Data Engineering, and Business Analysis teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and technical capabilities.
