About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analysts / Automation Test Engineers to join our team on a contractual basis. This role offers the flexibility of working from home and is ideal for professionals with a passion for automation testing and quality assurance in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. As part of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our software products, primarily focusing on creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify testing requirements, develop test cases, execute automated and manual tests, and analyze results to improve product quality.



Your contributions will directly impact our product development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience in automation testing. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and automation frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is essential, along with experience using automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks.

Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, and mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, is highly desirable. Familiarity with agile development practices, defect management tools like JIRA, and a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking are critical for success. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product management, development, and delivery teams to prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with project requirements.
- Execute manual and automated tests on various software components to identify, document, and report technical and functional issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks to ensure effective testing processes.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum processes, supporting continuous integration and delivery workflows.
- Assist in creating detailed test cases,



logging defects, and managing the overall testing lifecycle to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects promptly.
- Support the enhancement of test automation frameworks and contribute to process improvements in testing methodologies.
- Gain exposure to mobile automation testing, particularly using Appium with JavaScript, and adapt quickly to new testing tools and technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, results, and defect reports to facilitate transparency and continuous improvement.
