Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further evaluation with hiring managers. The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining an organized talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process for various IT and support positions. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements, support workforce planning,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment reports, adhering to company policies and local regulations, and providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing for IT and support roles.
- Strong skills in using job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Ability to assess candidate fit through structured interviews and evaluation of technical and behavioral competencies.
- Candidate must be having communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment metrics, and compliance with relevant employment regulations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and common office productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in IT or technical recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented IT setting.
