The desk you would run

An independent advertising agency with close to a hundred people across its Mumbai and Gurugram offices has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Marketing Operations Manager for its account-delivery function. Work moves between creative, account management, and production teams on tight client timelines, and this role exists to make sure that movement is tracked, resourced, and reported on rather than run out of someone's inbox.

What actually fills your week

Traffic and resourcing

- Own the project-intake and traffic process across client accounts
- Track resourcing across creative, strategy, and production teams
- Flag capacity conflicts before they turn into missed client deadlines
- Maintain the project-management tooling the agency runs on

Reporting the agency needs

- Build utilisation and delivery reporting for agency leadership
- Standardise how briefs, approvals, and revisions move through the agency
- Support pitch and proposal timelines when new business comes in





Who we're looking for

- 5 to 10 years in marketing or agency operations, traffic, or project management
- Comfort working across creative, account, and production teams under deadline pressure
- Strong organisational skills and fluency with project-management tools
- Clear written and spoken English for client-facing timelines

Helps, not required

- Prior experience inside an advertising or creative agency
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar traffic systems
- Exposure to pitch processes and new-business timelines

On the table

- An operations mandate across a full agency roster of client accounts
- On-site placement in Mumbai or Gurugram alongside the account teams
- Direct visibility into how the agency wins and delivers current business
