About the Company

A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to help set up its total-rewards function from the founding cohort. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will help build and administer pay and benefits programmes for the GCC as it scales, adapting the global total-rewards philosophy to the India market.

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Design & Benchmarking

- Benchmark India market pay and advantages against comparable GCC roles
- Support job levelling and grading as new roles are added
- Help design compensation structures aligned to the global total-rewards framework

Programme Administration & Analytics

- Administer benefits programmes and coordinate with vendors




- Analyse pay data to support annual compensation cycles
- Prepare dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in compensation and benefits or total-rewards roles
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Comfort building processes from a foundational stage
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational environment
- A certification in compensation and benefits is a plus
- Experience with HRIS or comp-management tools
