We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Finacle to provide advanced production support for critical banking applications. The role involves troubleshooting complex application issues, supporting Finacle integrations, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring high availability and stability of banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 production support for Finacle and related banking applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Finacle application and integration issues.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and critical banking transactions.
- Support Finacle Integrator, Finacle scripting, APIs, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot interfaces between Finacle and external systems, payment platforms, and middleware.
- Analyze application logs, database errors, transaction failures, and system alerts.




- Work closely with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using Oracle/PLSQL.
- Support application deployments, patches, configuration changes, and production releases.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in production deployments, maintenance activities, and planned support outside business hours when required.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend automation and process improvements.
