About the Opportunity
A fast-growing healthcare provider operating across urban and semi-urban centers in India, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care to children from infancy through adolescence. Our clinics are designed to support early intervention, preventive wellness, and chronic disease management—with a focus on accessibility, affordability, and family-centered care. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team committed to improving child health outcomes through clinical excellence and community outreach. Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct routine and urgent pediatric consultations—diagnosing illnesses, managing immunizations, and monitoring developmental milestones.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, diarrhea, malnutrition, asthma, and congenital disorders.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, physiotherapists, and child psychologists to create holistic care plans for complex cases.
- Perform minor pediatric procedures such as ear syringing, wound suturing, and IV cannulation as needed.




- Document patient records accurately using digital EMR systems and maintain compliance with national pediatric guidelines (IAP/WHO).
- Participate in health camps, school screenings, and parent education workshops to promote preventive pediatric care.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS with DNB/DCH/MD in Pediatrics
- Registration with State Medical Council
- Proficiency in pediatric assessment tools (e.g., WHO Growth Charts, Denver II, Apgar Score)
- Experience in emergency pediatric care (resuscitation, choking, seizures)
- Strong diagnostic skills for common childhood illnesses (URI, GI infections, febrile illnesses)
- Familiarity with national immunization schedule (NIS) and vaccine handling protocols

Preferred

- ACLS or PALS certification
- Experience in a high-volume clinic or NGO setting
- Fluency in local regional language (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi)
