Physicians here work in up-to-date, well-equipped settings with strong clinical autonomy and team-based support. Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with current clinical guidelines.
- Manage common general medicine cases including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, and geriatric multi-morbidities.
- Coordinate with specialist consultants for referrals, interpret diagnostic reports (labs, imaging, ECG), and adjust therapy based on evolving patient status.
- Deliver preventive care including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to improve long-term patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, medico-legal standards,



and insurance protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and quality improvement initiatives to uphold best practices across the clinic network.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS with valid NMC registration
- DDM or DNB in General Medicine
- At least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in outpatient/inpatient general medicine
- Proficiency in managing diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, and infectious diseases
- Strong diagnostic acumen and ability to interpret ECGs, CBC, LFT, RFT, and imaging reports
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred

- Fellowship or additional training in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- Experience in managing emergency cases or working in multi-specialty setups
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms or digital health tools
