We’re expanding our clinical footprint and seeking passionate Ophthalmologists to lead patient care and drive innovation in preventive and therapeutic eye health. Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and refractive errors.
- Perform outpatient and surgical procedures such as phacoemulsification, IOL implantation, laser treatments, and lid corrections.
- Manage pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring continuity, safety, and optimized outcomes across all surgical cases.
- Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and support staff to streamline clinic workflows and implement clinical protocols aligned with national guidelines.
- Participate in community eye camps, screening drives, and public health initiatives to expand access to underserved regions.




- Maintain accurate digital patient records, comply with clinical documentation standards, and contribute to quality audit and outcome reporting.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

- MBBS + MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from MCI/NMC-recognized institute
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in cataract surgery and common surgical procedures
- Proficiency in slit lamp examination, tonometry, fundoscopy, and visual field testing
- Experience with operating room protocols and surgical documentation
- Ability to work in high-volume clinical environments with minimal supervision

Preferred

- Experience with phacoemulsification and femtosecond laser-assisted surgery
- Training or fellowship in subspecialties such as retina, glaucoma, or pediatric ophthalmology
- Experience in rural or teleophthalmology settings
