Senior Oracle Fusion HCM resource to provide hands-on support across Oracle HCM modules and stakeholder engagement.

1. Core HR

2. Payroll

3. Time and Labor

4. Compensation

5. Recruitment

6. Learning Management

7. Goals Management

8. Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Production support and issue resolution

· Change requests and system configuration

· Documentation

· Oracle quarterly release testing

· Vendor and stakeholder coordination

· Reporting, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Rapid Formula and integrations support

Required Experience & Skills:

· 8+ years relevant experience

· 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience

· Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and other HCM modules

· Strong OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts and SQL skills

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
