We are hiring a Marketing Executive Order Collection for an established Electrical Trading & Manufacturing Company in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, building customer relationships and collecting orders for electrical products.
JOB DETAILS
Position: Marketing Executive Order Collection
Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: 2.00 Lakh 2.50 Lakh Per Annum
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hiring: Immediate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly visit customers, dealers, distributors, retailers and market areas.
Develop current customers and generate business leads.
Collect orders for electrical products from existing and new customers.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and requirements.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and dealers.
Achieve monthly sales and order-collection targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new market areas.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer requirements.
Coordinate with sales, stock and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
Provide regular market feedback regarding customer demand and competitor activity.




Support the company in expanding its customer and dealer network.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates with experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Sales or Order Collection will be preferred.
Experience in electrical products / hardware / industrial products will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits within Kolkata.
Knowledge of the Kolkata local market will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to work in field marketing may also be considered, depending on the company's requirements.
qualification: BBA, Graduate
