About the Opportunity
A fast-expanding healthcare provider in India’s premium dermatology and aesthetic medicine sector, we deliver advanced skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments using globally benchmarked protocols and FDA-approved technologies. Our clinics serve urban, high-intent patient segments seeking evidence-based solutions for medical dermatology, laser therapies, anti-aging, and pigmentation disorders—with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and outcome-driven care. Role & Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat complex dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, fungal infections, and skin cancers.
- Perform and supervise cosmetic and therapeutic procedures: laser resurfacing, chemical peels, microneedling, Botox, fillers, and PRP therapies.
- Prescribe evidence-based medical regimens, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans for optimal clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with in-house aesthetic nurses, technicians, and front-office staff to ensure seamless patient journeys and compliance with safety/sterility protocols.
- Maintain accurate digital patient records, document procedures, and ensure audit-ready clinical documentation per Indian regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on skincare, disease management,



and post-procedure care—ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS + DNB/Diploma in Dermatology or MD Dermatology from NMC-recognized institutions
- Active NMC registration with valid state license to practice
- Proficiency in managing medical dermatology cases and performing dermatoscopy
- Hands-on experience with laser platforms (e.g., Nd:YAG, CO2, Q-switched) and cosmetic injectables
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills for common and rare skin disorders
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems for patient documentation and billing compliance

Preferred

- Experience in aesthetic dermatology or fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology
- Published articles or conference presentations in dermatology journals
- Knowledge of Indian drug regulations (Drugs & Cosmetics Act) and clinical audit frameworks
