Job Purpose:
To maintain accurate and timely stores-related data, including material receipts, issues, stock records, and system entries, while supporting smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter material GRN, receipt, issue, transfer, and return details into the system.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in ERP/software and Excel.
- Verify physical quantities against invoices, delivery challans, and system records.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports as required.
- Update inward and outward material transactions on time.
- Maintain records for raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and other stores items.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams regarding material transactions.
- Identify and report stock mismatches, shortages, excesses, or incorrect entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of stores records.




- Support stock verification and periodic physical inventory activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
- Perform other stores-related data entry and administrative activities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Stores software.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory and material transactions.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.

Qualification:

- Minimum 12th Standard / Diploma.
- Previous experience in Stores/Data Entry is preferred.
