About the Role

INFLUISH is looking for a Senior Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Lead to take complete ownership of our Meta Ads acquisition engine and scale subscription growth efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Meta Ads strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, scaling, budgeting and reporting.
- Manage and scale ₹15–25L+ monthly Meta Ads spend while maintaining sustainable CPR.
- Drive subscription acquisition and continuously improve CPR, conversion rate and spend efficiency.
- Analyse campaign, audience, funnel and creative performance to identify what is driving results.
- Develop creative testing strategies and provide data-driven briefs to the creative team.
- Build structured experiments across hooks, creators, messaging, offers, formats, campaigns and budgets.
- Diagnose Meta Ads tracking and technical issues including Pixel, CAPI, Events Manager, attribution and app events.
- Monitor Meta's modern delivery ecosystem, including broad targeting, creative-led delivery and campaign consolidation.
- Manage and mentor the junior Meta Ads team and establish SOPs and testing processes.




- Independently identify performance issues and determine the right corrective action.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong experience in D2C, SaaS or subscription acquisition is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CPR/CAC, conversion funnels, creative testing and performance analytics.
- Comfortable with Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution and tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions independently and think like an owner.
