Insight Global is searching a highly experienced full-cycle technical recruiter responsible for sourcing, recruiting, placing, and supporting consultants in the India market.

What they do

- Recruit primarily for technical/IT positions, with most hiring focused on the India market.
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening and interviewing
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Offer negotiation
- Onboarding support
- Consultant care after placement
- Use recruiting tools such as Naurki and LinkedIn to identify talent
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates, create Boolean searches, and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Partner with Account Managers and clients to fill open positions and meet hiring goals.





Experience Level

- Professional Recruiter: Typically 1-4 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Senior Professional Recruiter: More experienced recruiter with a proven track record, generally 3-5+ years of recruiting experience and demonstrated technical recruiting success.
