Role Description The International Business Specialist is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will analyze international markets, identify new business opportunities, and support cross-border expansion strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing business proposals and presentations, coordinating with international partners, and monitoring trade regulations and compliance requirements. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align global initiatives with organizational goals, track performance metrics,



and provide insights to improve international operations and investment decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in International Business and International Trade, with experience in cross-border operations or global market entry.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial reports, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of core Business principles, including strategy, finance basics, and operational planning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in or with international markets; familiarity with trade regulations and cultural nuances is an advantage.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, online communication platforms).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work workplace.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
