Role Description This is a full time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Bengaluru. The Online Bidder will identify and pursue business opportunities on various online platforms, prepare proposals, and manage bid submissions in line with company objectives. Responsibilities include researching potential clients and projects, communicating with prospects to understand requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to develop competitive bids and pricing. The role also involves maintaining bid trackers, analyzing win/loss trends,



and assisting in improving bidding strategies and templates for better conversion. The Online Bidder is expected to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate representation of NoBroker.com's services in all proposals.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, understand market trends, and gather relevant client information.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to draft concise, persuasive proposals and professional business correspondence.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to share best practices, support onboarding for new team members, and contribute to process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in online bidding, presales, or business development on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals is an advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or SaaS-based products is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in common productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
