We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top tech talent, while effectively managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.





Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a focus on technical roles (1-2 years of experience).
- Robust understanding of IT skills and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
