About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our company's products and services and acquire recent customers. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, generating leads, explaining our offerings, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers in the target market.
- Conduct regular field visits to businesses and prospective clients.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products and services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and local business connections.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/product team.




- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, business development, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting new people.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain products/services clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of the local market and business network will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
