We are seeking a motivated Sr Field Collections Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves direct interaction with customers to collect outstanding payments and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving payment issues.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to collect outstanding payments from customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate payment collections.
- Document all interactions with clients and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to payments.




- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while in the field.
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and collection processes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns.
