Job Title: CRM & Inside Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Industry: Industrial Equipment / Engineering Solution

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and generate quotations based on product specifications and requirements.

Coordinate with the field sales team to follow up on leads and ensure smooth order conversion.

Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products from the Principle portfolios.

Maintain and update CRM/database with customer interactions, quotes, and followups.

Support the sales team with documentation, proposal creation, and product literature.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering preferred.

2–3 years of inside sales experience in industrial equipment.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business email writing.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and product datasheets.

Drive sales closures through regular follow-up and effective communication.
