• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and suitability

• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers





• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and coordinate handover to Plant HR for joining formalities

• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements •

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Prepare and share regular recruitment MIS and hiring reports Work Styles
