Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate budgeting to facilitate successful project completion.

Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand the scope of work.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to determine project budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
- Review and analyze drawings, specifications,



and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Assist in preparing bid documents and proposals for projects.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Estimating software).
- Robust analytical and mathematical skills for cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
