As a Senior Tax Accountant, Transfer Pricing at ICON, you will manage complex tax compliance, reporting, and plan activities across multiple jurisdictions. You will help ensure ICON meets its tax obligations while optimising tax efficiency and manage risk. **What You Will Do:** Your experience in tax and treasury will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities include: + Supporting the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master File updates. + Assisting with transfer pricing benchmarking studies, economic analyses and financial modelling. + Supporting quarterly transfer pricing calculations and related accounting adjustments. + Collecting, analysing and validating financial data from global business units. + Assisting with transfer pricing audits, tax authority enquiries and information requests. + Maintaining intercompany agreements and supporting governance documentation. + Working with Finance, Accounting and business stakeholders to support transfer pricing compliance and operational activities. + Supporting process improvement, automation and reporting initiatives within the Transfer Pricing function. **Your Profile:** + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax or a related discipline. + Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.



+ 4-7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, Accounting or Financial Analysis. + Experience within a multinational organisation and/or Big 4 environment preferred. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment. + Experience with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and financial analysis is desirable. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. You will have a strong foundation in tax and treasury, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
