**Job Description** The Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications in partnership with technology and business teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Database technologies, and Cloud fundamentals, along with familiarity with modern AI-assisted software development practices. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient applications while leveraging AI-powered engineering tools and coding agents to improve productivity and software quality. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. + Apply knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, collections, and transaction management. + Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions. + Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. + Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis. + Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews. + Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and engineering best practices. + Support CI/CD and cloud-native development practices. + Leverage AI-powered coding assistants and agents (e.g., Lightspeed, GitHub Copilot, Devin AI) for development, testing, debugging, and documentation. + Apply Context Engineering and AI-first development practices to improve software delivery outcomes. + Assess and manage risk appropriately while ensuring compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements. **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years of application development experience. + Strong experience in: + Core Java + Spring Boot + REST APIs / Microservices + Multithreading & Concurrency + Collections Framework + Transaction Management + SQL / RDBMS + Cloud Fundamentals + Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, and debugging. + Strong analytical,
