Key job responsibilities - Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data with a strong understanding and application of analytical techniques. - Proactively identify and analyze relevant threats and trends and produce written strategic analysis, oral briefs, and tactical/investigative assessments in a cohesive and concise format to serve customers across business lines. - Engage with internal customers to understand their priorities and translate the requirements into solutions. - Identify current solutions, methodologies, including using AI, to help improve information collection and reporting. Including the creation of maps or other visuals and tools to support the team's products. - Perform thorough quick-turn and deep dive open-source investigations and monitoring. - Support business continuity,



crisis, and security management teams, including as needed outside typical work hours during security incidents and emerging crises. Basic Qualifications - Experience handling confidential information - 3+ years in analytical, intelligence, investigative disciplines - Experience conducting investigations using Boolean logic, OSINT analysis, databases, and social media - Master's degree or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military - Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Security Operations, Crisis Management or a related field - Experience in verbal and written communication across various levels including senior leadership - Experience with the intelligence cycle, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Preferred Qualifications - OSINT certification or equivalent training Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
