Position: Business Manager Excellence- GM Location: Ernakulam Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or related manufacturing industry, preferably Herbal Extracts/Isolates, Nutraceuticals, Food, Pharmaceutical, or allied process industries. Hands-on experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence. Salary: 14 LPA (Negotiable) Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Excellence qualified to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process standardization across the company. The role will work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other functions to improve productivity, quality, yield, OEE, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives.




- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE, Poka-Yoke, and Standard Work initiatives.
- Improve productivity, yield, quality, capacity utilization, equipment effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Drive RCA, CAPA, process standardization, and sustainability of improvements.
- Develop KPI dashboards and lead monthly Business Excellence performance reviews.
- Conduct internal and third-party/job-work process audits and track corrective actions.
- Support GMP, HACCP, FSSC, BRC, customer, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead participation in CII Business Excellence, Kaizen, TPM, and Quality Circle awards.
- Support CII-EXIM/EFQM excellence frameworks and organizational benchmarking.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and train teams on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and CI tools.
