- Work as Head of Catering Sales for our upcoming hotel Taj Hampi Resort & Spa, Karnataka.n
- Analyse local market trends and develop current business leadsn
- Maximize all Revenue opportunities.n
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and manage the departments' adherence to achieving that strategyn
- Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local marketn
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clientsn
- Ensure the Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards and pro-active sellingn
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media sitesn
- Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunitiesn
- Communicate with all departments as required within each hoteln
- Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leadsn
- Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable mannern
